Return and Refund Policy

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, so you can choose your preferred courier to ship the return to our office.

How to request a return

To request a return, you can make a request to Customer Service using the dedicated form on the Contact page, selecting Return and Refund as the subject and indicating the product and order number in the message.

Wait for the confirmation email from AM.AI Customer Service authorizing your return request. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in a box, preferably in the original packaging. Any damaged, used, incomplete, or soiled items cannot be returned.

Contact your preferred courier and schedule a pickup, or alternatively, drop the package off directly at your carrier's Access Point.

When the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked for eligibility by Customer Service. If the item is found to be compliant, you will receive an email confirming the return and your refund will be processed within 14 days of the notification. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
