Orders
- I didn't receive my order confirmation email. What should I do? Please check your spam folder. If you don't see our order confirmation email, please contact Customer Service.
- Why can't I find my order in my account? To track your orders, please remember that you must have an AM.AI account and place orders while logged in to My Account. If you place an order as an unregistered user, your orders will not appear in My Account. You can create your account by clicking "Register Here" on the Account page.
- Can I change or cancel an order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us using the dedicated form or by email at customer.care@am-ai.com . We will do everything possible to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed once it has been submitted. Orders currently in progress cannot be changed or cancelled. If we are unable to change or cancel an order, you can return it once we have received it, as indicated in the General Conditions of Sale , Article 10.
- How do I know if my order has been processed successfully? After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from Customer Service. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive another notification email confirming shipment.
Shipping
- How can I check the status of my shipment? You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- How long does it take to deliver my order? Shipping is free, with DHL Express. Delivery takes 2-3 business days (variations may apply for islands and remote locations). Delivery times are estimated from the time your order ships, not from the time it's placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been handed over to the courier. AM.AI is not responsible for any delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Returns
- How long do I have to return an item? You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, so you can choose your preferred courier to ship the return to our office.
- How can I request a return? To request a return, you can submit a return request. Go to the Contact Us section and fill out the dedicated form, selecting Returns and Refunds as the subject line and indicating the product and order number. Wait for a confirmation email from Customer Service authorizing your return request. Place the packaged item in a box, preferably in the original packaging, and ship it to AM.AI. Any damaged, used, incomplete, or soiled item cannot be returned. For more information, see the Returns section on our website.
- How long will it take for my refund to arrive? If the item is found to be compliant, you'll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the email. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
